The Commission on the Scaling of Fusion Energy is a 12-month effort to align government, academia, and industry around a shared vision for the deployment of fusion energy to secure America’s position in the energy transition. By coordinating private sector innovation and public policy, it will seek to ensure the United States, together with our allies and partners, wins the fusion race and lays the groundwork for large-scale domestic power generation from fusion within the decade. Our findings are to be published in 2025.
